Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Aroon Fintech, we are committed to providing quality services to our clients across finance, legal, consultancy, and digital application services. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which services can be canceled and refunds may be issued.
1. General Policy

All services provided by Aroon Fintech, whether consultancy, platform-based, or documentation-related, are professional and time-bound in nature.

Once a service is confirmed and processing begins, it cannot be canceled unless specifically mentioned under exceptions.
2. Cancellation Policy

Before Service Initiation: If you wish to cancel a service order before any work has commenced, you may request cancellation in writing via email at support@aroonfintech.com. A cancellation charge of up to 10% may apply depending on the nature of the service and administrative expenses incurred.

After Service Initiation: Once work has started (e.g., advisory consultation, file preparation, application processing, etc.), cancellation will not be permitted and no refund will be applicable.

Subscription/Platform Services: For any digital platform or membership-based services, cancellation must be requested within 3 hrs of purchase, provided that services or benefits have not yet been availed. No cancellation is permitted after services have been utilized or accessed.
3. No Refund Policy

Consultancy Fees: All consultancy and advisory fees are non-refundable once paid, regardless of service usage or outcome.

Platform Fees: Any charges paid for access to our platforms, tools, or exclusive services are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Facilitation Fees: Any facilitation fees paid for connecting clients with financial institutions, investors, service providers, or completing intermediary processes are strictly non-refundable, whether or not the transaction is finalized. Facilitation services are considered fulfilled upon initiation.
4. Documentation Services

Payments made for stamp papers, agreements, legal drafts, and document procurement are non-refundable as they are processed promptly.

Cancellation is only allowed within 3 hours of payment. After 3 hours, no cancellation or refund request will be entertained for documentation-related services.
5. Subscription/Membership Services

Subscriptions or memberships can be canceled immediately after purchase.

However, no refund will be issued. Access to services will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle or instantly, depending on the plan.
6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in case of:

Duplicate payment.

Service non-fulfillment due to internal error.

Cancellations approved as per the policy above.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after purchase.

Client-side delay or non-cooperation.

Rejection by third-party institutions (e.g., banks, NBFCs, regulatory bodies) after due process.

Services already delivered or partially used.
All refund requests must be made via email to support@aroonfintech.com within 12 Hrs of the transaction date.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original mode of payment.
7. Policy Changes
Aroon Fintech reserves the right to change or update this policy at any time. Please refer to this page for the latest version.
